Lion in Da Sun sounds like the perfect charter for a party of six. Rick was so accommodating while we asked a million questions. He sounded personable and fun. Also, the price is right. Unfortunately, our party grew too large for the boat. Hopefully, we’ll get to take a ride with him another time.

We booked with Captain Rick as an excursion during our cruise with Disney. This was truly the highlight of our trip. Captain Rick was extremely knowledgeable and kept us entertained during the entire voyage. We visited remote areas, snorkeled with sea turtles, had lunch in St. John. The beaches were so secluded, we were literally in paradise. I would not hesitate to book with him again. Thank you again Captain Rick for such a wonderful day!

For my 50th birthday I took 5 friends to St. Thomas. The highlight of our stay was our boat trip with Lion In Da Sun. Our photo is still on the website.  For my 60th birthday it was just my sister and I and Captain Rick took us out again. All we wanted to do was snorkel, snorkel, snorkel. Rick took us to so many places in and around St. Thomas & St. John.  We saw lots of fish, sharks, and Coral but the BEST thing was that Rick knew where we could see lots of star fish. That was the highlight of the trip.  Thanks Rick…we had a great day with you on the boat.

We were in St. Thomas last week with a group of friends and we had booked with Rick to go snorkeling and over to the BVIs. Rick called first thing in the morning to let us know it was way to rough to do the trip. We were very disappointed and thought we would stay on our ship for the day and Rick offered us a private land tour with his friend Andre. It turned out to be an awesome day! Everyone really appreciated Rick being so responsible and not taking us out in the ocean when it was unsafe. I highly recommend Rick!!!

We did a 1/2 day tour of the Northern part of the island with Rick and really enjoyed the time on the boat. Rick is an amazing ambassador when it comes to knowledge of the island. During the trip he was able to keep both my 3&6yo happy while at the same time keeping my 60yo parents interested and having fun! Highlight was our journey to the PizzaBoat which the kids absolutely loved. I Highly recommend using the Lion in the Da Sun the next time you make it to St. John.
